& yes after the big shock at the AGM when our secretary "Shirley Stokes"

said for the final time " i am resigning from my post" gasp, shock & horror

were the facial expressions as everyone thought "what will happen now ?" as

 nobody is interested enough to take on the position, but never mind because

our Shir had another surprise up her sleeve as she had been helping another

keen player to grab the chance to learn the ropes from her, so to everyone's

surprise & delight the newly appointed secretary is "Gary Williams", he has played

 skittles for some 20 years so Shirley feels confident he will cope with the job,

so skittlers from the league can rest assured that they are safe for the next

 season ,happy skittling
